I have been asking for you to resend the invoice so that I can have it for my records but you have yet to do so. I just received the cards and hoped that there would be an invoice/receipt in the box, but there is not. Please send me an invoice for order #160916 so that I can have it for my records. Thank you.

Did not get a confirmation to email when order was placed. Did not get a phone call back after leaving a voice mail. Could not log in with previous info. But was pleasantly surprised when order showed up less than a week after placing it.
